Kalifornia Kicks Beach Reacher

Hi all,

Here's a Line or cars that simply scream Kicks!! The Thom Taylor designed cars from Classic Metal Works. These are a line of 1:24th scale full blown custom cars. I'm going to focus on the classic 40's Woody inspired Beach Reacher.

Some of the hottest hot rods today are the wooden body station wagons from the 30's and 40's.--affectionately called "Woodies". Some may joke that the bodies look like they were left in the crate, but not so with the Beach Reacher. This car has a great stance, and the dual side pipes remind me of days past.
The car rides on deeply chromed rims with ultra low profile tires.

There's a sharp chrome intake manifold under a trick air cleaner setup. The radiator and other engine compartment components are painted in the same color as the body.

The plastic headlights, taillights, and separate grille give the forward leaning nose a realistic look.

The contrasting wood-effect on the body blends well with the candy show paint. The cars in the Classic Metal Works line are painted in Genuine House of KolorŪ 3-Step  Hi-Gloss finishes. The mutli-color interior features a chrome hub steering wheel and full gauges. I would have liked to see opening doors or a rear hatch.

The line also includes the ever popular Chezoom, a radical Psycuda, classic Buikool, a nifty truck based Haulucination, the phaeton styled Rumba Tub, a bullet nose Ford based Insani Sedan, and a full race Swoop Coupe.

Thanks to the folks at Milezone's Toys for furnishing me this sample. You can see the rest of the Kalifornia Kicks line at this link: Kalifornia Kicks
