Accessories. All Hot Wheels collectors have some
accessories in their collections. From track sets to 5 packs, each of us
has more in our toy room than just basic cars. And someone has finally
cataloged all those goodies for us. Introducing Hot Wheels
Accessories, The Ultimate Guide by Michael (Mike) Zarnock. A large number
of you are already familiar with Mike's Variation Guides and Hot Wheels
Field Guide, and those are great books for individual cars. This new book
is much more than just track sets and car washes. Let's take a peek
inside. The book comprehensively spans years 1968-1998. It includes play sets, track sets, gift packs, carrying cases and more. |

Full color crisp pictures accompany the various accessory descriptions, and each item does have a guide price listed. Prices are based on recent auction and sales activity and give you a good reference point when shopping for that elusive power booster or Chevy gift pack variation. The book even covers Sizzlers, Chopcycles and other Hot Wheels collectibles from the early days to the present day of the hobby. Did you know there is a Hot Wheels board game with car from 1984? Very cool. Tons of info like that are in this guide. | |

A complete picture reference with variation notations of all Treasure Hunts from 1995-2002 is included. Also included is a wheel guide and a good list of abbreviations used in message board posts and sales descriptions. This guide is a must have for any collector who is building a sub collection or even complete collection of race tracks or play sets. In fact, I'd recommend it to any Hot Wheels collector. The pictures alone are worth having whether or not you plan to buy any of the items. It's the perfect accompaniment to your other price guides and variation guides. I now know after looking through book a few times that there are a lot of cool toys out there that I just have to find. Happy reading!!!! ~~Joe |
